A New Work PC
They gave me a new PC at work (finally), retiring my two year old Compaq desktop. Well, it wasn't that old, but who am I to balk at company policy? :)The great thing is I now got a flat screen so there's more space, and the CPU shrunk. TheCPU can now play DVDs too and there are just a lot of USB connections, even some on the monitor.
The bad part is all of the settings that I have come to love are in the old PC and even if we transfer the files, I might not be able to get some of the tweaks I did before, including my ultra fast Firefox!

well, you can ghost the old pc and transfer the image to the new one. i think there's also a files/settings transfer wizard on xp, but i'll have to check on that.
